Professor André Saddy is professor at Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) in Brazil. He obtained his post-doc at University of Oxford and his PhD is from the University Complutense at Madrid. He has also Master of Law degree at the University of Lisbon and a L.LM in Public Regulations and Competition in the Centre of Studies of Public Law and Regulation at the University of Coimbra. He also works as a legal advisor in the area of Administrative Law, Public Regulation and Competition Law in his own firm called Saddy Advocates (Brazil).
At Legal Atlas, Prof. Saddy is the director of the Brazil Chapter and acting as our lead researcher in the topics of Anti-Corruption and Access to Information.
